We will customize your experience at Structure House based on your personal preferences. You make the decisions, and we’ll design the stay that’s best for you.
At Structure House, we welcome the opportunity to partner with professionals who make referrals to our program. We encourage mental health clinicians, dietitians, physicians, social workers, community agencies, or any other sources who work with individuals who may benefit from our services to contact us to discuss how we can work together to meet the needs of your clients. We strive to ensure a collaborative effort with all referring professionals to achieve the best outcomes for the client and to ensure a smooth transition back into your care.
Our program provides comprehensive residential and outpatient weight management services to adult men and women. We utilize a holistic approach that integrates behavioral skills training, nutritional expertise, and fitness conditioning in a healing and supportive environment. We focus on helping participants achieve lasting results that promote optimal health and fitness by utilizing scientifically-supported principles and techniques.
We understand that success means much more than just a number on a scale. Our participants often leave with significant health improvements, such as:
- A reversal of diabetes or high blood pressure
- Reductions in depressive symptoms
- Normalization of lipids among those with initially elevated cholesterol
- Increases in self-esteem, mobility, and quality of life
- Elimination or significant reductions in medications or treatments for high blood pressure, sleep apnea, and diabetes
Our goal when working with a referral source is to make the process as efficient and effective as possible. Professionals may call our admissions team to begin the referral process with a member of our staff, who will complete an initial phone screening to assess specific treatment needs.
With the client’s permission, we will provide updates to the referring professional on the client’s progress. We work with the referring professional to determine the type and frequency of information that is most useful to them and that best serves the needs of the client.
